How'd he do that?

In this series of photographs, slide projections are generally the only source of light. The body is used as a canvas for the projection and then the photo is taken. Everything you see is through the lens. In this case, the projected image is of an accordian-pleat lamp shade. If projected straight on, it would create straight vertical lines, but by positioning the projector at the side, the lines follow the countours of the body.
